Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • •Build and enhance solutions across ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, and Virtual Agent.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • •Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development capabilities such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow Studio, or App Engine Studio.
  • •Experience with ITSM plus at least one additional ServiceNow product (e.g., CSM, HRSD, SPM, App Engine).
  • •Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, or equivalent technologies.
  • •Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, scoped applications, ACLs, security, and development best practices.
