Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve incidents/failures and ensure closure within SLAs, including hands-on debugging of production failures.
  • •Develop new Workday integrations for the HR workstream and lead new and ongoing Workday projects.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for HR cases and provide solutions/workarounds.
  • •Proactively identify and implement automation and process efficiency opportunities.
  • •Provide Level 3 support during production failures and collaborate with global stakeholders and other IT/business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • •10 years of work experience with Workday, integrations, and API integration.
  • •Hands-on Workday experience, including leading Workday projects (preferably implementation).
  • •Ability to write XSLT scripting (XSLT 2.0/XSLT 3.0) and hands-on Workday Studio experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with API integration (SOAP or REST) and PECI/WECI/PICOF with Core Connectors, plus payroll data understanding for US/global payroll.
