UAM Team Lead

Lead user acquisition for a fast-growing video streaming social product. You’ll manage a team of User Acquisition Managers, analyze performance across ROI/LTV and cohort metrics, and scale paid acquisition through Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other channels. Partner with the CMO on paid-channel strategy and budget allocation, improve creative testing and campaign optimization processes, and grow the team’s results in a hybrid setup.
