Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Lead the technical post-sales relationship, acting as a trusted advisor on deployment, adoption, and value realization.
  • ā€¢Own account health and adoption velocity, including ongoing technical deployment and success across the portfolio.
  • ā€¢Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across the product portfolio.
  • ā€¢Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows and pain points.
  • ā€¢Create adoption roadmaps with milestones and KPIs, coordinate multiple workstreams, and facilitate workshops for faculty, staff, and administrators.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as technical account management, technical GenAI consulting, solutions architecture, technical delivery leadership, or deep enterprise SaaS adoption.
  • ā€¢Deep, hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, connectors, and integration patterns, including model behavior, limitations, technical tradeoffs, embeddings, retrieval augmentation, and fine-tuning/custom model usage.
  • ā€¢Translate technical concepts into clear business language and explain the strategic impact of AI technologies to customers.
  • ā€¢Comfortable embedding with customers to map workflows, identify requirements, and diagnose adoption challenges.
  • ā€¢Excellent project and program management instincts to lead multi workstream initiatives with clarity and structure.
