Key Responsibilities

  • •Own significant parts of the Developer Platform, including monorepo CI/CD, the Agentic AI platform, and shared build infrastructure, and help set technical direction.
  • •Write technical architectural design documents and coordinate across teams to ensure reliability, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • •Improve monorepo CI/CD speed, reliability, and developer experience so engineers spend less time waiting or debugging builds.
  • •Scale change-throughput beyond PR workflows by enabling trusted agent-driven changes with automated validation and AI-assisted review/auto-merge for low-risk changes.
  • •Mentor teammates, raise the bar on design and code review, and act as a technical voice for engineering velocity and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in modern cloud environments.
  • •Proficiency with Go (Golang) or strong readiness to ramp quickly.
  • •Deep expertise in CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and scaling a large monorepo across build, test, and release.
  • •Experience contributing to technical direction across multiple teams, evaluating tradeoffs and deprecating legacy systems.
  • •Familiarity with Agentic AI / LLM-based automation in production and interest in context engineering (RAG, memory, tool-calling).
