Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead productivity improvement initiatives across laboratory operations by identifying bottlenecks impacting equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
  • •Develop laboratory productivity KPIs and performance dashboards, analyzing metrics such as lab utilization time and particle performance.
  • •Standardize operational workflows by developing operating procedures, best practices, and creating standard work procedures and operational playbooks.
  • •Support implementation of digital workflows and productivity tools by identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational tracking; partner with IT to deploy systems and dashboards.
  • •Maintain process documentation and training materials, support certification and competency development programs, and manage project plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or Systems Engineering.
  • •3-6 years of experience in semiconductor operations, laboratory operations, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, program management, or process excellence.
  • •Competent in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • •Experience developing dashboards and analytics using Value Stream Mapping and process standardization.
  • •Strong analytics skills using Power BI and Excel with advanced analytics.
