Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and execute commercial strategies aligned to business objectives and ensure compliance with commercial and contracting policies.
  • •Manage commercial and contractual risk and support commercialization of service offerings to maximize value creation.
  • •Lead pre-award commercial activities including tender reviews, proposal evaluations, pricing submissions, and commercial qualifications.
  • •Oversee commercial administration, ensuring timely delivery of contractual obligations (including bonds, parent company guarantees, and insurance requirements).
  • •Develop and maintain project commercial strategies, coordinate contract and estimate reviews, and collaborate on contract amendments with the Contracts team.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a commercial, contracts, project controls, or other technically relevant role.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial management, contract administration, and risk management principles.

  • •Knowledge of tendering, contract review, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Experience supporting complex projects within engineering, construction, energy, or related industries.
