•Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
•Improve productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy consumption, and reduce downtime.
•Provide technical subject-matter expertise to resolve manufacturing process and product design problems.
•Conduct cause/effect investigations and statistical studies, and plan corrective actions; design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls.
•Uphold manufacturing standards and generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work; partner with on-site EHS to ensure OSHA-compliant safety.

•Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; candidates without a degree may apply.
