Job Summary

Own and orchestrate Celonis’ technology-driven partnerships with a select portfolio of GSIs across EMEA, embedding the Celonis AI platform into their strategic AI initiatives. Lead activation across service lines, shift joint motions toward AI-led co-creation and value-based, multi-year contracts, and support executive relationships at the CXO level. Govern partner pipeline and forecasting, drive enablement via Celonis academy, and scale localized GTM execution to capture strategic embedment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep, technology-driven GSI partnerships across EMEA and act as an ecosystem orchestrator for Celonis’ embedment strategy.
•Embed Celonis into GSIs’ strategic AI initiatives and Service-as-Software platforms to establish multi-year, value-based contracts tied to efficiency gains.
•Orchestrate complex tri-party go-to-market motions with strategic GSIs and hyperscalers, including personally supporting high-stakes customer pursuits.
•Lead governance with partner stakeholders, managing pipeline generation and forecasting, and executing regional accountability frameworks.
•Lead partner enablement by directing Celonis academy teams to help GSIs learn and adopt Celonis across service lines and markets.

Key Requirements

•10+ years experience in management consulting, alliance management, or partner GTM leadership within enterprise SaaS.
•Proven ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with business leaders at the CXO level.
•Deep technical and strategic fluency in process automation, digital twin architecture, and co-innovation frameworks; able to translate value propositions into business outcomes.
•Extensive experience managing relationships with Big 4 or major Tier-1 global system integrators and understanding their shift toward autonomous operations.
•Track record driving high-value, outcome-oriented commercial contracts and structured joint sales plays.
