Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership to Haiti country office teams and actively participate in senior leadership and management decision-making.
  • •Oversee development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and donor requirements.
  • •Ensure MEAL systems are in place and used to improve programming and learning; supervise MEAL teams and guide data control and training.
  • •Support finance and operations needs (including HR, logistics, and procurement) and supervise sector leads and MEAL focal points; monitor activities against budgets and serve as a liaison with other departments.
  • •Represent the office externally with donors and partners, develop proposals and concept notes, and support emergency preparedness and response planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 72,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • •At least 7 years’ experience at the program manager level managing multi-sector integrated relief and development programs with an international NGO is desired.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken French and English is mandatory; Creole is desirable.
  • •Demonstrated results obtaining and maintaining high-level donor funding through the humanitarian proposal development process.
  • •Ability to travel for up to 40% of the time.
