Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the centralized Commercial Operations Middle Office unit.
  • •Support assistant managers and officers to handle customer requests timely and accurately under service level agreements.
  • •Review and monitor service quality through SLAs, and develop/maintain efficient workflow systems for process improvement and digital transformation.
  • •Ensure SOPs are in place, correctly followed, and reviewed annually across all Commercial Operations Middle Office locations.
  • •Provide guidance to branches on compliance/regulatory requirements; monitor exceptions, manage capacity, and support RCSA, GRC, and business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of banking experience across operations, risk management, trade finance, payments operations, and customer service.
  • •Minimum 5 years working in a reputed bank at management level.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory and combating financial crime requirements to deliver regulated commercial transactions.
  • •Ability to understand and implement/modify policies and procedures to improve existing practices.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence and lead people.
