Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips and ensure project governance processes and systems are utilized.
  • •Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting, and forecast/update key milestones and budgets.
  • •Provide technical support including rapid RFI responses and expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Key Requirements
