Job Summary

Lead a Value Engineering team to drive end-to-end customer value journeys across your region/vertical. Own landing, expansion, adoption, and renewals by translating strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis Process Intelligence use cases and executive roadmaps. Partner with GTM leadership and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders through QBRs/EBRs and portfolio executive sponsorship, while recruiting, coaching, and scaling value realization methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end customer value journey, driving landing, expansion (ACV growth), adoption, and renewals.
•Translate customers’ strategic objectives into Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence to prospects and customers.
•Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives and serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio.
•Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey and coordinate value creation by supporting deployments, managing change, and directing VE/Services/Ecosystem resources.
•Recruit, develop, and mentor Value Engineering talent; host QBRs/EBRs and communicate results, success, and risks proactively.

•Demonstrate domain expertise (e.g., Finance or Supply Chain) and experience driving strategic transformation initiatives and value roadmaps.
•Show deep understanding of industry trends and C-suite strategic challenges to build an integrated Process Intelligence roadmap.
•Have product expertise guiding IT teams through their Process Intelligence journey, including hands-on value realization via dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
•Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, leveraging Celonis ecosystem partners when needed.
•Bring experience with discovery and value selling methodology (discovery, qualification, value assessment, PoVs) and executive stakeholder management.
