Key Responsibilities

•Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing.
•Research and incorporate tools, systems, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance efficiency and streamline recruitment while staying human-centered.
•Prototype and pressure-test new tools, workflows, or AI-assisted approaches, then share learnings with the team.
•Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and improve talent decisions, including constructively pushing back when needed.
•Use quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., funnel conversions, time to fill, pass-through rates, candidate feedback) to identify risks and recommend improvements; build diverse talent pipelines.

•Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting practice (e.g., sourcing workflow, screening tool, automation, or prompt library) with concrete examples of what you built and changed.
