•Serve as a strategic legal advisor to senior leadership on litigation, compliance, and other legal matters.
•Partner with the People Team and cross-functional leaders to address employment-related issues and ensure compliance with evolving employment laws.

•Maintain deep understanding of federal and state regulations to keep the company compliant and positioned for growth.

Salary: USD 217,477.41 - 289,969.87 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California Bar preferred).
•Minimum 8+ years of legal experience with an emphasis on employment law.
•Proven track record managing complex employment litigation.
•Expertise in employment law, particularly California employment law.
•Strong team management skills, including mentoring and developing legal professionals.
