Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage high-value, strategic client relationships to ensure high retention and achieve account growth targets via up-sell/cross-sell.
  • •Own the renewal process and deliver results against monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast objectives.
  • •Lead pricing negotiations for renewals and up-sells, and provide accurate monthly forecast reports.
  • •Meet onsite with existing accounts in the DC area to conduct needs and business-impact analysis of the current product portfolio.
  • •Identify client and revenue churn risks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with Product and Marketing and attend industry events.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of sales and field account management experience focused on government and/or technology with a track record of meeting renewal and retention goals.
  • •Experience working in an account management or client success capacity with a SaaS product.
  • •Knowledge of Capitol Hill offices, operations, and software.
  • •Ability to lead in-person meetings/demos with C-suite level executives.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional time and organizational skills; Salesforce proficiency is strongly preferred.
