Job Summary

Lead strategic partnerships and deal execution for enablers and processors across the payments ecosystem in LAC. Build and manage key accounts spanning SaaS, BaaS, processors, and tech companies, partnering closely with Visa Core Product and Solutions teams on complex, cross-functional transactions. Drive go-to-market activities including sales materials, value propositions, benchmarks, and best practices for account deals and management. Negotiate and structure transactions with pricing alignment and legal input.

•Build and manage major strategic partnerships and deals with enablers into the payments ecosystem.
•Create and update sales materials, decks, and communications for enablers and LAC verticals community.
•Identify and collaborate with third-party partners; identify and drive use cases to diversify revenue concentration.
•Develop bespoke, scalable sales materials leveraging Visa assets and partner assets; proactively educate stakeholders on market developments.
•Structure, negotiate, and execute deals; manage account executive pipeline follow-up and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•6+ years (with a bachelor’s) or 4+ years (with an advanced degree) experience in fintech, processors, enablers, or related payments industry roles, including commercialization/development of commerce solutions.
•Manage high complexity, prioritize workload, and deliver under tight deadlines.
•High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
•Fluent Spanish and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
