Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a specialized pod of 5–6 direct reports (BDMs and Specialists) and ensure professional fleets are integrated and optimized for daily ride volume.
  • •Own supply-side performance for WAV and Livery categories to meet district demand.
  • •Manage and coach individual contributors, including career growth and performance management.
  • •Standardize operational blueprints by enforcing documentation standards for market launches and CarePartner relationships.
  • •Act as first point of escalation for complex CarePartner negotiations or significant service-level gaps, and optimize the sales-to-demand handshake with Revenue and Sales Ops.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience managing professional teams, including developing and promoting mid-level contributors.
  • •Strong systems-thinking and rigor, with the ability to turn complex manual processes into scalable SOPs.
  • •Experience leveraging AI and automation tools (e.g., LLMs) to accelerate productivity and streamline repetitive work.
  • •Ability to lead in the weeds on complex negotiations while maintaining a bird’s-eye view required to run the pod.
  • •Comfort using supply-side metrics to forecast supply needs and drive performance.
