Job Summary

Lead enterprise strategy and innovation for USAA Federal Savings Bank and the Member Value organization. Partner with executive leadership to define long-term direction, translate strategy into actionable initiatives, and align cross-functional teams across Product, Risk, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Drive internal consulting work through data-driven insights, market research, and scenario planning, while mentoring junior team members and managing strategic risks and external perspectives.
