Job Summary

Support the Head/Manager of Life Propositions in developing and implementing life insurance product propositions to achieve topline and bottom-line targets. Conduct market research and provide product analysis, prepare product materials in English and Chinese, and translate product requirements into system specifications. Create test cases, perform UAT, maintain documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to confirm product requirements and support product-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Head/Manager of Life Propositions to develop and implement new product development to deliver topline and bottom-line targets.
•Conduct market research by collecting market intelligence and providing product analysis.
•Prepare product materials in English and Chinese, including product specifications, sales illustrations, and brochures.
•Provide product-related requirements to systems, prepare test cases, and conduct UAT to ensure quality and delivery.
•Support product maintenance with proper documentation control and procedures, and participate in cross-functional meetings to confirm product requirements.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or above in a related discipline (Language, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred).
•3+ years of working experience in the life insurance field (candidates with shorter experience may be considered for a junior role).
•Good command of Chinese and English; Cantonese communication is an added advantage (not required).
•Good knowledge of computer/AI skills, including MS Office.
•Ability to support product development and requirements across systems, including UAT activities.
