Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end compliance review workflows for GenAI projects, coordinating with Engagement Management and Delivery.
  • •Evaluate incoming work for compliance risk signals and triage/prioritize Legal requests based on risk and delivery timelines.
  • •Partner with teams to operationalize risk mitigation into structured controls, and train/educate Ops stakeholders on emerging risks.
  • •Support customer audits by collecting evidence, preparing audit packages, tracking readiness milestones, and following through on remediation.
  • •Run access governance and operational hygiene: manage permissions for sensitive datasets, execute quarterly access reviews, and escalate anomalies.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in operations, program management, compliance, or GenAI/technical delivery environments.
  • •Must be local to Mexico with advanced English speaking skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or Public Policy preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of legal/compliance concepts (privacy, copyright, data handling) and strong attention to detail.
  • •Proven ability to triage, prioritize, and manage high-volume compliance workflows; experience with data tools/dashboards (e.g., Redash) and basic SQL.
