Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all interface activities in alignment with overall project planning and logistics framework across pre-construction and delivery phases.
  • •Lead development of logistics, construction integration, and security strategies and oversee their implementation.
  • •Develop and maintain a project-wide interface strategy covering interactions among contracts, systems, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • •Review the client’s Interface Agreement, assess impact, and recommend or implement updates to meet interface strategy and delivery objectives.
  • •Coordinate projects and work packages, manage interfaces with external stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligns with HSSEQ, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in interface, construction, and project management on large-scale, complex projects through concept to handover.
  • •Demonstrated expertise across the full project lifecycle, including delivery planning and execution.
  • •Strong capability coordinating and managing integration of complex, multidisciplinary projects, including contractors and stakeholders in regulated environments.
  • •Experience working successfully in regulated and unionised settings with a focus on compliance and collaboration, including NEC contracts.
  • •Hands-on experience fostering and leading a positive safety culture in safety-critical construction environments.
