Design, build, and lead the development of complex, high-quality learning experiences across multiple modalities, translating scoped requirements into evidence-based solutions. Partner with Learning Consultants and SMEs to create sophisticated learning design documents and interactive prototypes, develop eLearning/ILT/VILT/microlearning and video, and integrate AI tools responsibly into the workflow. Also build custom web objects using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and mentor junior Content Designers while improving team design standards and processes.
