  • •Build secure engineering practices across the software delivery lifecycle, providing hands-on technical leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage software engineering teams delivering backend, platform, security, infrastructure, or identity-related systems.
  • •Design, build, and operate distributed systems with production reliability and strong observability.
  • •Understand identity and access management concepts (authentication/authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, RBAC/ABAC, tokens/sessions, service-to-service authentication).
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design/code reviews, testing, and production readiness.
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
