Job Summary

Own cloud infrastructure and help drive operational transformation by building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code and IT automation. Maintain public cloud environments using Azure or AWS, deploy modern containers with Docker/Kubernetes tooling, and ensure reliability through observability and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, Datadog). Participate in L3 troubleshooting, conduct RCA for outages, and support upgrades while collaborating with technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain public cloud infrastructure using Azure or AWS.
•Build and maintain infrastructure automation (IaC) with Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar.
•Create and maintain IT automation using tools like Ansible and Chef, and manage containerized applications with Helm for Kubernetes.
•Deploy and delivery using tools such as Git, Git Action, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Kubernetes.
•Oversee planned outages, perform RCA, and support upgrades to minimize downtime; participate in L3 support across time zones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields, plus equivalent experience.
•Minimum 3 years of experience with a public cloud platform (Azure preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of Windows/Linux experience and at least 2 years with Terraform or similar IaC.
•Strong knowledge of observability tools such as Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
•Experience running or managing large IT platform services across multiple availability regions, including Docker or Kubernetes.
