Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain public cloud infrastructure using Azure or AWS.
  • •Build and maintain infrastructure automation (IaC) with Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar.
  • •Create and maintain IT automation using tools like Ansible and Chef, and manage containerized applications with Helm for Kubernetes.
  • •Deploy and delivery using tools such as Git, Git Action, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • •Oversee planned outages, perform RCA, and support upgrades to minimize downtime; participate in L3 support across time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields, plus equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience with a public cloud platform (Azure preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years of Windows/Linux experience and at least 2 years with Terraform or similar IaC.
  • •Strong knowledge of observability tools such as Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
  • •Experience running or managing large IT platform services across multiple availability regions, including Docker or Kubernetes.
