Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall success of complex Healthcare projects by steering multiple sub-projects and workstreams.
  • •Support customers in business-critical software implementations and transformation initiatives.
  • •Prepare key decisions via Steering Committees and ensure implementation of agreed measures.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and engage proactively up to C-level.
  • •Maintain time, budget, resources, quality, and compliance; identify risks early and drive concrete countermeasures; further develop project structures and governance approaches.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed a degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant practical experience.
  • •Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects, ideally software implementations in healthcare.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing challenging stakeholder constellations effectively.
  • •Strong understanding of healthcare processes and hospital organizations, ideally including hospital information systems (KIS).
  • •Fluent communication in German and English with strong, structured problem-solving and a confident presence.
