Work with the Microservices Framework R&D team to build next-generation microservices architecture and company-wide development frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Identify high-impact cost and performance optimization opportunities through cost/performance analysis and partner to implement solutions.
•Conduct technical R&D on heterogeneous language communication (primarily Go and Rust) with a focus on performance optimization, including hardware acceleration and Go runtime optimizations.
•Build platform capabilities for service cost analysis, performance diagnosis, and semi-automated optimization.
•Collaborate with the team to build the next-generation microservices architecture and contribute to cutting-edge R&D initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science (or related) with strong computer science fundamentals.
•Proficient in at least one high-performance language such as Go, Rust, or C++ with experience in low-level performance optimization.
•Familiar with performance profiling tools and Linux kernel tuning.
•Strong systematic problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving complex issues.
•Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
