Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover and validate customer needs through interviews and feedback analysis, synthesizing findings into design decisions.
  • •Design dense, operational web UIs for dispatch workspaces, routing, agents, order management, real-time views, and data visualization.
  • •Create and iterate concepts and prototypes rapidly in Figma or in code, using AI tools when useful.
  • •Prepare and run client-facing demos; present, persuade, and defend design decisions with stakeholders.
  • •Evolve the design system (components, tokens, variables) and work inside engineering teams to refine scope, resolve feasibility trade-offs, and keep quality high.
