Key Responsibilities

  • •Connect operational, system, and financial flows, ensuring backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and properly scoped.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to challenge, clarify, and refine requirements before backlog intake.
  • •Evaluate processes from operational, system, and financial perspectives to support impact analysis and continuous improvement.
  • •Work closely with ERP analysts and development teams to ensure smooth and accurate process execution, including facilitating cross-functional alignment.
  • •Actively participate in UAT and testing phases to ensure solution accuracy and quality, while contributing to SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2–6 years of relevant professional experience in finance and operational processes with understanding of financial flows.
  • •Hands-on experience and/or strong understanding of SAP (SD, MM, FI, or CO) modules, including active involvement in at least one core module.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, ability to challenge requirements, and drive clarity and prioritization based on business impact.
