Lead the Store Sales team and help drive achievement of annual sales targets while ensuring exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards. Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, inventory control, audits, loss prevention, and compliance with repair/return policies. Maintain brand-compliant visual merchandising, promotions, and pricing accuracy, and analyze sales reports to maximize stock potential. Manage team goals and performance through ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
