Team Lead (m/w/d) Service Platforms & Salesforce Governance

Lead and develop the Salesforce team in Germany, owning platform strategy across Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds. Drive platform evolution with the EMEA Salesforce team to enable a 360-degree customer view, ensure data quality and governance, and deliver dashboards, KPIs and rollout trainings across all clouds to support sales and service teams.
