Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HVAC technicians and related employees in performance standards and completion of HVAC projects.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify HVAC systems, including diagnosing malfunctions and restoring proper operation.
  • •Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance for HVAC systems and plan shutdowns for chill water and heating water systems.
  • •Recommend/order parts and supplies, and maintain records of materials and work performed including EPA refrigerant transition/recovery paperwork.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and local/state/federal codes, providing day-to-day field guidance and supporting emergency/after-hours needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ HVAC maintenance experience.
  • •EPA universal refrigerant certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass background check requirements.
  • •Available for on-call and rotating schedule, including emergency requests and work on weekends/holidays as needed.
