•Perform basic Layer 1 troubleshooting and MAC/change requests
•Assist with facilities support and project engagement as needed

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a data center environment
•Proficient in structured cabling and IEEE/BICSI cabling standards
•Experience with high-speed fiber optic transport and cleaning/inspecting optical connections
•Experience with Fluke Versiv mainframe testing
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work shift work including nights/weekends
