Job Summary

Lead the Digital & Technology GRC function to strengthen Aramex’s technology risk and control environment. You will run global technology and cyber audit engagements (internal and statutory, incl. Big 4), own end-to-end remediation for audit findings, and coordinate assurance activities across distributed teams. Serve as the interface between D&T process owners and audit teams, driving decision-ready reporting for senior leadership, the Board, and audit committees while improving GRC methodologies and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the interface between D&T process owners and internal/external audit functions, addressing auditor queries with well-organized evidence.
•Lead global technology and cyber audit engagements and drive assurance reporting to the CDTO, senior leadership, the Board, and Audit Committee.
•Own the end-to-end remediation lifecycle for audit findings, ensuring root causes are agreed and remediation is validated and formally closed.
•Build and scale audit coordination capabilities across distributed, multi-regional teams, maintaining audit calendars and status dashboards.
•Improve risk control maturity through continuous improvement in methodology, tooling, and stakeholder capability, including governance of open audit observations and control self-assessment support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
•CISA required or strongly preferred.
•10–12 years in IT with proven experience (6–8 years) leading technology audit, ITGC assurance, or IT GRC in a global organization; Big 4 or internal audit experience desirable.
•Hands-on ITGC experience across change management, logical access, computer operations, and SOX/ICFR controls; proven track record managing statutory and internal audit engagements.
•Experience auditing ERP environments, particularly SAP (Basis security, role-based access, Segregation of Duties).
