Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • •Serve as a trusted face of Newmar by building relationships with dealers, customers, key partners, and industry influencers.
  • •Manage and strengthen the dealer network to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share gains.
  • •Lead sales operations discipline including forecasting, pipeline management, performance metrics, budgeting, and integrated business planning.
