Assistant Head of Human Resources Section

Support the HR Section Head in planning and overseeing end-to-end HR operations to ensure alignment with department policies and best practices. Drive HR performance management through Smart Path, including guidance across organizations and KPI monitoring. Lead improvements to HR processes, support talent attraction and retention, manage succession and talent initiatives, and contribute to Emiratization programs. Analyze employee experience survey results, support HR digital transformation, and report performance to senior leadership.
