Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver 2D and 3D BIM technical design solutions across all project stages.
  • •Establish and manage BIM design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs in collaboration with project leadership.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent, compliant models, ensuring BIM quality and technical accuracy.
  • •Oversee production of technical drawings, models, schedules, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
  • •Support project and programme management, including BIM Execution Plan development, compliance, and coaching junior and senior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience working on multiple projects as sole CAD/BIM support and as part of a CAD/BIM team.
  • •Strong Revit MEP knowledge, including standard functions and parametric families creation, with ability to coach junior staff.
  • •Knowledge of industry standards for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services and clear understanding of industry standards.
  • •Professional qualification with the UK Engineering Council, plus substantial building-services experience (including leading project delivery).
