Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant industrial construction projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones, governance processes, and project systems to avoid schedule slips.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly and update milestones and budget forecasts.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage project information flows through regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support and guidance (including cost control, value engineering, and constructability) and respond rapidly to RFIs, while supporting SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills and strong communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
