Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex revenue recognition models and maintain logic to recognize revenue progressively (not as a lump sum).
  • •Act as audit lead for the division, defending complex revenue positions to external auditors with IFRS/IndAS rationale.
  • •Own month-end close by ensuring 100% accuracy in accruals and provisions and minimizing reporting timelines.
  • •Monitor working capital and liquidity by managing AP/AR split to keep the division cash-flow positive and flag risks to central treasury.
  • •Build live Forecast vs. Actuals dashboards in Looker/Excel, maintain Scenario Simulators for sales, and lead cross-functional process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •CA, ACCA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • •2–4 years of experience; exposure to fintech, SaaS, or high-transaction environments is a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Index-Match, and Pivot Tables to build robust financial models.
  • •Basic SQL knowledge or BI tool experience with Looker/PowerBI.
  • •Strong grasp of revenue recognition standards (IndAS 115) and ability to explain constraints clearly.
