Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily testing of concrete specimens
  • •Conduct daily pre- and post-pour inspections of products
  • •Maintain records of observations for each structure produced
  • •Report quality concerns and process improvements to production, engineers, and management; write corrective action reports for defective or damaged products
  • •Ensure correct implementation of the QC program in Kenosha and assist the sales team with customer complaints about product quality

Key Requirements

  • •Must have QC experience in a related industry
  • •ACI/PCI certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification

  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically and walk extensively in an industrial manufacturing environment
