Job Summary

Operate, maintain, and evolve Linux server infrastructure and a Kubernetes platform built on SUSE Rancher (RKE2) for a 7x24 healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

•Operate, maintain, and further develop Linux server infrastructure and the Kubernetes platform based on SUSE Rancher (RKE2).
•Automate server and platform operations using Infrastructure as Code with Ansible (playbooks, roles, collections) and operate AWX.
•Set up, operate, and monitor CI/CD pipelines on the central Git platform Forgejo, including technical support for application and developer teams.
•Ensure uninterrupted, stable operations with monitoring, 2nd-level support, and automated updates, upgrades, and release changes during maintenance windows.
•Contribute to security measures (OS hardening, vulnerability remediation) and co-manage privileged accounts, certificates, and secrets for data platforms; participate in on-call (7x24).

Key Requirements

•Completed technical training (technical school/FH/uni/ETH) or equivalent practical experience.
•Advanced experience operating Linux servers and Kubernetes in critical 7x24 environments.
•Hands-on experience with Ansible plus DevOps/automation practices including Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
•Knowledge of platform security, networking (load balancing, DNS, firewalls), and distributed/high-availability systems (advantage).
•ITIL certification and technical certifications (cloud, open source) are beneficial.
