•Participate in Company Environment and Health & Safety programs.
•Provide oversight and coordination of environmental management projects and baseline assessments to support operations and permitting.
•Contribute to preparation of environmental reports for regulatory reporting.
•Support TSM, NPRI and GHG reporting and verifications, including monitoring and compliance activities.
•Liaise with Communities of Interest as a technical expert and develop/update environmental management plans for compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 106,470 - 118,300 annually

Schedule:4-Day Week

Key Requirements

•B.Sc., B.A.Sc., or B.Eng. in Environmental, Biological, or Earth Sciences (or other relevant science/engineering degree).
•Registered professional or eligible for registration.
•Minimum 5 years of related work experience in the mining industry.
•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Platform, including experience with engagement tracking software, environmental databases, and LMS programs.
•Understanding of BC regulatory frameworks and permitting/licensing processes for mines in BC and Canada (including BC Mines Act, Health, Safety and Reclamation Code, and EMA).
