  • •Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
  • •Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
  • •Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
  • •Support procurement and tendering activities.
  • •Prepare regular cost reports, track project KPIs, and take on increasing responsibility within cost management workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying, or construction-related degree.
  • •Strong interest in project financial management, related tools, and the construction sector.
  • •MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) knowledge.
  • •First practical experience in building construction projects.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English with strong written communication skills for producing reports in both languages.
