Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery on multidisciplinary transport and infrastructure projects, solving complex challenges and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • •Coach and mentor professionals and graduates, building a high-performing transport engineering team.
  • •Work closely with clients to shape solutions and deliver project outcomes with strong client relationships.
  • •Manage project delivery to ensure quality, efficiency and successful results, including planning for future pursuits.
  • •Grow technical skills across the transport engineering discipline (e.g., impact assessment, road safety, transport design, modelling) and leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Transport or Traffic Engineering (or a related field) and 10+ years of experience in transport and/or traffic engineering.
  • •Proven leadership in delivering Transport Impact Assessments, and Road Safety Assessments with a solid understanding of the relevant TfNSW guidelines.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop preliminary transport infrastructure designs (e.g. active travel and intersections) aligned with applicable local and national standards, such as the relevant TfNSW guidelines.
  • •A strong local industry network and excellent communication skills to win work, and a keen interest in mentoring junior staff.
