Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical delivery on multidisciplinary transport and infrastructure projects, solving complex challenges and ensuring quality outcomes.
•Coach and mentor professionals and graduates, building a high-performing transport engineering team.
•Work closely with clients to shape solutions and deliver project outcomes with strong client relationships.
•Manage project delivery to ensure quality, efficiency and successful results, including planning for future pursuits.
•Grow technical skills across the transport engineering discipline (e.g., impact assessment, road safety, transport design, modelling) and leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Transport or Traffic Engineering (or a related field) and 10+ years of experience in transport and/or traffic engineering.
•Proven leadership in delivering Transport Impact Assessments, and Road Safety Assessments with a solid understanding of the relevant TfNSW guidelines.
•Demonstrated ability to develop preliminary transport infrastructure designs (e.g. active travel and intersections) aligned with applicable local and national standards, such as the relevant TfNSW guidelines.
•A strong local industry network and excellent communication skills to win work, and a keen interest in mentoring junior staff.
