Key Responsibilities

  • •Absorb and package signed deals, complete handover checks against client requirements, and ensure transfer items are evidenced or logged with owners and resolution dates.
  • •Prepare and co-lead project launch meetings onsite with the client project lead, assigning and tracking actions to completion.
  • •Coordinate baseline setup by incorporating schedule and cost reviews as design details mature, and pursue resulting actions with the developer.
  • •Drive open item management for due diligence items through documented closure within the launch window.
  • •Coordinate weekly project calls, design/developer interfaces through mobilization, and hand over sites to the onsite delivery team with baselines, open item register, and accepted risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; a degree is not required.
  • •Experience in data center delivery, preconstruction, or development (mission critical/complex technical facilities considered if transferable).
  • •Knowledge of data center construction information and documentation required for incoming teams at mobilization.
  • •Experience with project handover, preconstruction coordination, change control, and open item tracking.
  • •Ability to interpret schedule and cost reviews, communicate and secure actions with stakeholders, and work to evolving standards.
