Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute supply planning for an assigned portfolio of Core Collection and Platform products.
  • •Translate demand plans and changes into structured and accurate supply orders, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order placement.
  • •Monitor capacity constraints, lead times, service risks, and inventory exposure to support replenishment alignment with confirmed demand.
  • •Support controlled phase-in/phase-out execution and supply execution during early lifecycle volatility for transitioning products.
  • •Partner with Demand Planners and Distribution Centers to align on demand/supply implications, monitor inbound flow visibility and congestion risks, and escalate material deviations and structural supply concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Operations Planning, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience managing defined SKU portfolios.
  • •Strong understanding of service levels, inventory management, and availability vs. inventory exposure trade-offs.
  • •Experience with capacity constraints, lead times, and planning parameters.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and structured, detail-oriented planning execution in a cross-functional environment.
