Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC infrastructure such as chillers, split units, AHUs, FCUs, ducting networks, and exhaust systems.
  • •Install, inspect, and test new HVAC systems and localized components to verify functionality, performance, and safety compliance.
  • •Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC networks and complete precise repairs.
  • •Respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent calls to minimize downtime and prevent facility disruptions.
  • •Monitor system performance and energy efficiency, maintain service logs and reports, enforce safety/compliance, and support inventory of spare parts and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified technical diploma, vocational degree, or equivalent HVAC/R trade certification.
  • •Proven HVAC Technician experience diagnosing commercial/industrial HVAC systems and electrical controls.
  • •Ability to work effectively in confined spaces and at heights (including rooftops), handling heavy tools and manual tasks.
  • •Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, safety awareness, time management, and teamwork.
