•Collaborate with staff across multiple departments to meet expectations for productivity, quality, and departmental goals
•Support Deal Tracking responsibilities by validating contractual terms, carve-outs, and exceptions, and ensuring accurate application within royalty tracking and reporting workflows
•Serve as a subject-matter resource for complex deal-related questions and validations
•Assist the department in identifying and recovering income related to deal-specific discrepancies
•Field inquiries from Legal, Finance, Licensing, and other internal departments to ensure proper processing, alignment, and quality assurance
