Job Summary

Drive continual improvement in semiconductor manufacturing by supporting excursion control to keep the SM1 fab safe from defectivity. Develop and implement quality inspection recipes that produce reliable inline signals for tool and process health, improving yields and quality. Lead project and improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, and new product support, while performing lot and equipment dispositions and participating in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Support manufacturing operations with Excursion Control as top priority to protect SMFAB from defectivity that can cause an excursion.
•Develop and implement quality inspection recipes to provide reliable inline signals of tool and process health, increasing yields and quality.
•Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality improvement programs, as well as new product support.
•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
•Identify systemic or acute problems in process or equipment sources and lead/communicate findings to engineering staff while participating in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•5 years experience in Yield Enhancement within the Semiconductor Industry.
•Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and yield engineering (recipe writing/excursion control).
•Experience in building recipes on Puma/Altair/Any BF Platform/SEM.
•Proficiency in Klarity and demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
