Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations with Excursion Control as top priority to protect SMFAB from defectivity that can cause an excursion.
  • •Develop and implement quality inspection recipes to provide reliable inline signals of tool and process health, increasing yields and quality.
  • •Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality improvement programs, as well as new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
  • •Identify systemic or acute problems in process or equipment sources and lead/communicate findings to engineering staff while participating in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years experience in Yield Enhancement within the Semiconductor Industry.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and yield engineering (recipe writing/excursion control).
  • •Experience in building recipes on Puma/Altair/Any BF Platform/SEM.
  • •Proficiency in Klarity and demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
