Key Responsibilities

•Conduct document reviews of requirements sources to produce an Analysis Structure (AS), comprised of the Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM), and Test Plans.
•Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all test activities between Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
•Participate in test execution to include managing data collection during test.
•Participate in Data Analysis Groups for all test activities.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience with DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial test planning through delivery of the final test report.
•Excellent communications skills, including written and presentation abilities, with the ability to write complex software developer-level issues clearly.
•Familiar with and actively using the Microsoft Office suite.
